Last Wednesday on the 8th of September (6.30pm) marked the first of a series of driver welcome events. Over 50+ drivers attended the event after downloading our limited tickets at Stockport County FC (Edgeley Park).
On the night, all the founders of the business attended the event and gave a presentation into the background of DeliveryApp and future innovations we are bringing to the tech platform to transform the logistics industry.
Everyone enjoyed refreshments and food on the night after a lengthy Q&A session with the drivers. For this one, some of the DeliveryApp HQ internal staff attended from all departments within the company from business development, marketing right through to the tech team. It was fantastic for everyone to come together, so that everyone can see the business and the driver community from all angles and every aspect.
Coupled with the self employed van driver community that attended, several high profile transport and courier companies attended to discuss potential partnerships and how we can work together.
