The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to join our growing tech platform specialising in the logistics and same day courier market. Not necessarily from a logistics background as full training will be given  however being able to competently handle any issues and the ability to demonstrate experience in a people focused environment.

The successful candidate will have the exposure to various areas of the business from the operations desk right through to marketing, with the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing and exciting business, with a culture of inclusivity and development.

 

Responsible for

  • Assisting delivery service partners with the platform onboarding process.
  • Ensuring work on the platform is delivered to the client’s specification on the day selected.
  • Liaising with other business stakeholders to provide feedback and solutions to potential issues reported from either the driver community or clients.
  • Checking of service partner insurance documents and driving licenses into order to complete onboarding process.
  • Assist Operations Manager in reporting on platform uptake in the driver community within specific regions of the country.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • IT literate and capable of working with Microsoft office and mobile apps.
  • Good eye for detail.
  • Geographical Knowledge of the UK would be a bonus.
