Our retail partners manage all changes to the delivery address of your parcel, so you’ll need to contact the sender to do this. Otherwise, you can choose a safe place to leave your parcel.
You can track, view and manage your delivery using our site or by downloading our app. If your item was undeliverable as there was no one available at the address, it will be returned to the retailer. Please contact them to rearrange delivery.
Currently we are unable to offer a collection service, only a delivery option.
