At DeliveryApp, we take care of your items in transit, which is why we ensure that all of our drivers have ‘Goods in Transit’ insurance. This will cover the goods that they are transporting for loss, damage and theft from the moment that they leave you until they get to their destination. All of our van drivers are required to have ‘Goods in Transit’ insurance cover for a minimum of £10,000, whilst our car drivers should have cover for a minimum of £5,000. You can help reduce the possibility of damage to your items by ensuring that they are well-packaged, and our drivers will ensure that they are secured during transit to reduce the risk even further.

You can book a delivery for any size or weight of item, but we will need to know the exact details so that the driver most suited to the job is the one we provide.
