Add a vehicle

Add in your vehicle registration number and click ‘Find Vehicle’. You will then be prompted to select the type of vehicle you have from a list of all vehicle types from a car to a 7.5 Tonne Lorry. You will also need to:

  • Add the Payload in kg.
    • To calculate the payload for your car, you can simply take away the curb weight from the Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), which is generally printed either on the sticker inside the driver’s side door or inside the petrol cap. For example, if a 3 door Ford Fiesta has a GVW of 1,620kg, and a curb weight of 1,136, the payload of car would be 484kg.
  • Add the MOT and Tax due dates
  • Upload a valid copy of your V5 (vehicle logbook) or finance/lease agreement
  • Upload images of your vehicle from the front, back, side and inside

Please note: We are not currently accepting motorbikes, although you are still welcome to register this type of vehicle and we will alert you when we commence jobs for this type of vehicle.
